A $1,000 "Non Refundable Down Payment" will reserve the venue. The $1000 "Non Refundable Down Payment" will be applied to your total balance. A separate damage deposit will be required when the balance is paid in full. The $500.00 damage deposit is refundable.
Remaining balance will be due 60 days before event.
Penalty fees may apply if event is cancelled within specific time frames.
