About Appalachian Wireless Arena

Appalachian Wireless Arena is Eastern Kentucky’s center for culture, education and entertainment. The Arena is the premier venue for entertainment and conferences and is in the heart of downtown Pikeville. The 126,000-square foot facility has an arena floor approximately 24,000 square feet and will provide concert seating up to 7,000. It is designed as a multi-purpose facility, complete with approximately 5,000 square feet of ballroom space overlooking the arena floor adequate for banquet-style entertaining.
