Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy; after booking a show and the show is canceled 30 days or more prior to performance date, a 50% fee would be charged. However, within 30 days of scheduled date of the show, or day of the show, 100% of performance fee will be charged. Special note; Electrical power failures or (outdoor event), inclement weather may restrict or delay performance/s. Relocating to indoors, another venue or rescheduling may be optional. Note; Due to the rare and unlikely possibility of an unforeseen illness, etc. and the artist/ entertainer (Gary Lazok) is unable to perform on the scheduled date & time, options are; (1) 100% of the deposit, and or full payment will be refunded. (2) A rescheduled performance. (3) A qualified replacement may be substituted.. Compensation; unless previous bookings have already been established, and or prior arrangements have been made, with deposit already been paid, please have (remaining balance of) payment available upon arrival and set up.
