At night, the area is beautifully illuminated with warm hanging lights. Located at the west end of the lawn, our rustic barn welcomes you and your guests with charm and comfort. This venue features air-conditioning and a large covered patio for your comfort. The event area is ideal for bigger private events and can also be expanded to include the Luci’s patio, allowing additional space for larger parties. This space has a capacity of 350.

Our Dining Room is the perfect venue for your next special occasion. This area comprises both an indoor dining space, as well as a private patio that overlooks our landmark water tower. We offer a range of seating options to accommodate a large number of guests, including a large outdoor communal table, spacious patio seating, a number of indoor seating arrangements.

Our signature Green Room is the original dining room of this historic home. Surrounded by windows in three directions, it is bathed in natural light with its private glass door. The room’s centerpiece is an elegant dining table, handmade from a Eucalyptus tree from this exact property. The room is adorned with beautiful lighting and includes a flat panel TV to display presentations or slide shows.

The Main Patio has a serene setting with a green wall separating it from the lawn. Enjoy plenty of space, a fire pit and string lights. The ambiance is peaceful and private allowing for an intimate dinner party or event. This space has a max capacity of 40.

Our beautiful West Patio is a lush and delightful dinner space. This area is ideal for intimate gatherings with loved ones. Our clients often book the West Patio to host birthday parties, baby showers, or high school reunions. It’s the perfect location to enjoy the excellent weather Arizona has to offer.

Our tastefully finished wine cellar features a long communal dining table and is perfect for an intimate dining space. This unique original Phoenix basement features warm atrium lighting. The room also includes a large flat panel television that is ideal for slideshows or meeting presentations. This space has a capacity of 20.
