Basic packages starting with simple DJ and 2 speaker system per hour with 2 hour minimum including setup time 1 hour before start of event. Packages can be modified to include bigger sound system, lighting, special effects, mobile hotspot, and other incidental add-ons. Maximum size for events is 250 guests. Requests can be made by scanning a QR code and tips are accepted to push requests ahead of the line, no app download required! Free consultations and estimates are provided! Terms and Conditions
Services: Estimates only covers the listed services/packages. Any additional services requested after the issuance of an estimate may incur additional charges.
Deposit/Booking Policy: To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimate is required. This deposit is part of the total charge and will be deducted from your final bill. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
Payment Schedule: After the initial deposit, the remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Late payments may result in a 5% additional charge per week.
Cancellation Policy: If the event is canceled by the client, the following cancellation fees will apply:
More than 10 days before the event: No fee, deposit is refunded.
Less than 10 days before the event: no refund of deposit.
Any changes to the event details (e.g., date, location, service hours) must be communicated and agreed upon in writing at least 10 days before the event. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Liability and Damage: The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by the actions of the client or event attendees. (Certificate of Insurance is available upon request as required for venues)
Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), both parties will be released from their contractual obligations without penalty.
