We offer service from Licensed Bartenders, who will travel to your event and mix the most refreshing cocktails, pour beer or wine, or offer other services all with a smile! We have a variety of packages that cover small to large guestlists and that we can custom tailor to fit your style. We come dressed for the occasion, work with you on custom menu's, help with any shopping lists, or you can just let us handle it all. TopShelfTipsy is fully insured, so you are covered in the event that the unthinkable happens
