Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms and Conditions for Integrity Security Services LLC
1. Booking and Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and services.
Payment of the deposit confirms your agreement to these terms and reserves our team for your event.
2. Final Payment:
The remaining 50% balance is due seven (7) days prior to the event.
Failure to remit the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund of the initial deposit.
3. Additional Charges:
Any services requested beyond the agreed-upon scope (e.g., additional hours, extra guards, or vehicles) will incur additional charges.
These charges must be paid in full within 72 hours of receiving an updated invoice.
4. Cancellations and Refunds:
The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If the event is canceled within seven (7) days of the scheduled date, the client is responsible for the full payment.
For rescheduling requests, deposits may be applied to a future event date at the discretion of Integrity Security Services LLC.
5. Late Payments:
Late payments for final balances will incur a 5% late fee per day, calculated from the due date until the balance is paid in full.
6. Event Modifications:
Changes to the event's details, including time, location, or scope of services, must be communicated in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.
Integrity Security Services LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing based on any modifications to the initial agreement.
