AVIVA Strings Elegant, live string and jazz ensembles for your wedding, event or special occasion. AVIVA Strings, founded by violinist, Jessica Nataupsky Kang, and winner of Best of the Knot and WeddingWire's Couples' Choice Awards, is an accomplished group of musicians, based in both Northeastern Pennsylvania and Philadelphia, hailing from the best universities and conservatories in the country. We play with multiple professional orchestras, ensembles, and organizations including the Northeastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic, Philly POPS, Pennsylvania Ballet Orchestra, Opera Philadelphia, Binghamton Philharmonic, and more. With over 40 years of combined experience, we are available for a wide range of events in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, the Poconos, the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia and beyond, including traditional wedding ceremonies, church services and ceremonies (including full Catholic Mass), Jewish wedding ceremonies, contemporary and civil ceremonies, cocktail hours, receptions, banquets, corporate events, and more. We perform a diverse range of repertoire including classical selections by Bach, Beethoven, Schubert, Handel, and Pachelbel, jazz standards, as well as instrumental arrangements of popular songs by Adele, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, the Beatles, Lady Gaga, and many others. We are able to accommodate almost any special request. And if it is not already part of our vast repertoire, we can make a custom arrangement just for you!
