CANCELLATION POLICY AND LIABILITY
Cancellation of service by the client may be received verbally but must be confirmed in writing via email to hello@simplystellarsolutions.com. The client is responsible for payment to Simply Stellar Solutions for all services rendered up until the time that written notification is received regarding event cancellation. In addition, there shall be no refund to any additional payments made and will be considered payment for services rendered to date. If an event is cancelled, refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees and out-of-pocket expenses. If you cancel less than 30 days before an event—except for the death of a member of your immediate family—there will be no refund. If the event is not cancelled, there will be no refund. Simply Stellar Solutions reserves the right to cancel any client until 90 days before their event if client presents conflict that impacts the service being provided accurately. (Examples include conflict involving vendors or bridal party, the client not communicating for extended periods of time, not complying with health and safety protocols, monies not received, etc.)
The event client/responsible party will sign contracts with all vendors hired and be considered the responsible party with those vendors. Simply Stellar Solutions will not be held responsible for damages or excessive cost by vendors the client has contracted with. Both parties agree to seek mediation (fees paid by party requesting) and not court action to resolve contractual issues that cannot be resolved by amending this contract. Simply Stellar Solutions will not be responsible to discuss damages, poor service, breach of contract, or negotiate costs with vendors on behalf of the wedding client after the day of the event.
This agreement may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by both parties. If the event coordinator is unable to attend event(s), or complete the contract due to illness, tragedy, or other unforeseen circumstances, the planner will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement with capabilities and experience to complete all tasks.
