The most abundant amount of event space at Peoria Sports Complex are the Paved Lots, which comprise nearly one million square feet in total real estate. Situated just off the Loop 101 Agua Fria Freeway, just south of Bell Road and bordering along 83rd Avenue, the Paved Lots at Peoria Sports Complex offer high visibility and easy access from three of the most trafficked thoroughfares in Metro Phoenix. The Paved Lots are ideal for vehicle dealership sales, community festivals, street markets, novelty expos, vintage auto shows and much more! The West Lot is the largest continuous space, checking in at nearly 640,000 square feet alongside the most visible stretch of complex grounds from 83rd Avenue. On the other side of the facility, the East Lot is about half the size with over 310,000 square feet along the quieter expanse of Paradise Lane, perfect for smaller events.

One of the best views in the ballpark right above the left field bullpen! Our left-field pavilion has sweeping views of the diamond! This area can include one of our many catering options, from full-service catering, including a full-size bar, to creating a package that is best for you! In addition, the pavilion provides an area for you and your group to watch a game or mingle with other guests.

One of the most prominent features of the Stadium Concourse at Peoria Sports Complex is the extraordinary amount of hardscape surface inside Peoria Stadium on the concourse. Encircling the perimeter of the stadium, the Stadium Concourse provides plenty of event space as well as basic infrastructure needs such as power, water, restrooms, waste disposal and lighting, all contained within the wrought-iron fence of Peoria Stadium. Additional resources such as ticket sales, secure admission, sound system and use of the video board are all amenities potentially available to service any event.

While the Stadium Field at Peoria Sports Complex is primarily used for baseball, which significantly limits its availability, there are occasional circumstances in which the field can be made available for other events as well. Concerts, festivals, graduations, specialty expos and charity functions are just a few examples of events held on the Stadium Field! The Stadium Field is not available from December through March.

One of the most distinctive private event venues in the Phoenix area, the Terrace is a partially shaded outdoor event space situated atop the ballpark with sweeping views of the richly pristine baseball diamond below as your guests commingle and socialize together. Featuring a private bar, an indoor buffet service bay and private restrooms all positioned high above the third base side of Peoria Stadium, the Terrace is replete with the unique ambiance to relax and make your special occasion a truly memorable experience for everyone.
