- Provide up to five face to face consultations that can be used for any of the following: selection/securing of venues for ceremony and reception (up to four venues per category); on site vendor meetings to visit florist, cake, music, catering, lighting specialist, etc.; comprehensive event design, theme, and décor concept development for ceremony and reception (This includes, but is not limited to, advice on: invitations, floral design and décor, day of stationery, lighting design, furniture, favors, table design, linens, etc.)
- Recommend vendors for flowers, hair/makeup salon, cake, music, catering, lighting design, linens, etc. (up to three vendors per category)
- Work with couple to establish food and beverage menu for reception
- Help establish a workable budget and checklist of items to accomplish
- Recommend vendors for flowers, hair/makeup salon, cake, music, catering, lighting design, linens, etc. (up to three vendors per category)
- Attend initial and final on site meetings with selected caterer and/or ceremony/reception site managers
- Assist with the loading of gifts on the wedding day
- Give guidance on wedding etiquette and the latest trends
- Provide marriage license information
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to all vendors
- Receive deliveries and greet vendors
- Greet guests and direct them to ceremony and reception area(s)
- Cue ceremony musician
- Coordinate and direct the wedding day ceremony and reception (maximum coverage time of seven hours)
- Make sure that the rings get to the altar
- Coordinate and direct wedding rehearsal and wedding party instruction (maximum coverage time of 1.5 hours)
- Prior to wedding day, contact all vendors to ensure time of delivery and itinerary
- Distribute itinerary to all vendors and wedding party
- Coordinate the setup/cleanup of decorations on guest tables, cake table, etc.
- Pack any wedding cake leftover for transport
- Deliver and setup toasting glasses, cake servers, etc. at reception site and ensure they are delivered back to bride/groom at the end of the reception
- Assist disc jockey/band leader with toasts, cake cutting, first dance, bouquet and garter toss
- Keep guests away from photography area on the wedding day
- Deliver and arrange favors on tables on the wedding day
- Review all contracts
- Deliver and arrange place cards (if any) on the wedding day
- Deliver and arrange menus (if any) on the wedding day
- Assistant "Wedding Day Coordinator" included
- Provide Essential Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Provide two consultations the month of the wedding to go over all wedding day details (on the phone or face to face)
- Limited Contact via Email and Phone (up to two hours of contact per week)

Terms and Conditions
Overtime Hours by Samantha Jackson Weddings, L.L.C.: Any Wedding Day coverage, Onsite Vendor Meetings, Face to Face Consultations, Wedding Party Meeting time, Phone/Email Contact, or Rehearsal Coordination beyond the scope of the service agreement will be billed at $250 per hour to the Client(s). Specific expenses and/or duties will be listed on a separate service agreement addendum and/or separate invoice.
Cancellation Policy: In the event the services are no longer required (or cancellation of wedding), any payments will not be refunded. If services are no longer required (or cancellation of wedding), the following recovery fees will be assessed as follows:
181 to 300 days from event date - 25% of the balance of the service agreement
91 to 180 days from event date - 50% of the balance of the service agreement
61 to 90 days from event date - 75% of the balance of the service agreement
0 to 60 days from event date - 100% of the balance of the service agreement
The recovery fee is due to Samantha Jackson Weddings, L.L.C. within 14 days that services are no longer required (or cancellation of wedding). All cancellations must be in writing.
Setup Time: The number of hours needed to decorate/setup the reception and ceremony location must be at the discretion of Samantha Jackson Weddings. (A typical wedding takes four to six hours to decorate/setup before the ceremony begins.) Samantha Jackson Weddings, L.L.C., florist, event designer, and/or decorator must be granted full access and the proper number of hours on the wedding day to the location(s) that need decorating/setup. If Samantha Jackson Weddings, L.L.C., feels additional labor is needed to decorate/setup on the wedding day, the Client(s) will be notified of those charges in advance and billed accordingly in a separate contract addendum and/or separate invoice. Placement of decorations, tables, chairs, favors and/or any other wedding items is at the discretion of Samantha Jackson Weddings, L.L.C., on the Wedding Day.
Additional Services: Samantha Jackson Weddings, L.L.C. will provide Client(s) with estimated prices for any additional services with Samantha Jackson Weddings, L.L.C. beyond the scope of this service agreement. Specific duties discussed and any additional services/expenses will be listed on a separate service agreement addendum and/or separate invoice.
Guest List Increases: There is a $350 labor fee for every increase in the guest list over 75 people not specified in the agreement. (For example, an additional 75 guests is an additional $350 labor fee or an additional 150 guests is an additional $700 labor fee.) Specific labor fees will be listed on a separate agreement addendum and/or separate invoice.
Liability: There shall be no liability on behalf of Samantha Jackson Weddings, L.L.C. for non-performance due to illness, accident, emergency, inclement weather, Act of God, any circumstances that would pose a threat to the welfare of Samantha Jackson Weddings, L.L.C., facility restrictions, guest interference, or any other cause beyond their control. Samantha Jackson Weddings, L.L.C. will not be liable for outcomes of our advice not heeded. Samantha Jackson Weddings advises the Client(s) to purchase wedding insurance to protect their wedding.
Late Payments: Samantha Jackson Weddings, L.L.C. reserves the right to terminate this service agreement due to non-payment. If payments are not paid as agreed, all services will cease. A $50 late fee per week will be assessed for all unpaid balances. Client(s) is responsible for any legal fees for collection of non-payment. Fees include Attorney Fees, Court Costs, or Collection Agency Fees.
