PLEASE NOTE: The policy of Midvale Country Club is to collect payment in full for all events no later than the day of the event. Exceptions may only be made with written approval of Management. All Food and Beverage items are subject to a 8% administrative fee, 15% gratuity and 8% sales tax. The administrative fee is not purported to be a gratuity and will not be distributed as gratuities to employees who provide service to the guests. All food sales determined by guest count received by Midvale three business days prior to the date of the event are final. An increase in guest count resulting in additional food purchased is the only determination in which the total is subject to change. The $75.00 Bartender Fee to be applicable to any party in which bar sales do not reach $300.00 or more. Midvale C.C. charges a 2.5% additional fee if paid by a credit or debit card.
