Welcome to Lebby Street Wedding Chapel & Events, 2023 Recipient of state of South Carolina Preservation Honor Award. Inside this 1883 historical venue is timeless elegance , with an enchanting atmosphere which awaits you and your guest. The Chapel was Est. in 1883 and is on the S.C. Historical Registry of Historic Places. This is the prior home of Pelzer Presbyterian Church and is located in the heart of Pelzer, S.C. "Make Your Wedding Historic". You can easily transform this space into the wedding of your dreams. Thirteen Beautiful walnut pews line both sides of the sanctuary as well as eight antique stained glass windows follow your every step to the alter. Full of history which offers a one of a kind experience. Period time décor, crystal chandeliers, lace with Stained glass through out the venue, high ceiling, and the 1897 famous 23 pipe organ which still plays “Here Comes The Bride” which is now 125 years old. The sanctuary will hold up to 225 guest. Surrounded by walnut bead board, original plaster walls and original decor. There is a spacious Grooms room located on the first floor, as well as a brides room located on the second floor, common areas are located both upstairs and downstairs for all your bridal party to relax & enjoy. We offer a historical home dating back to 1888 as a venue air BnB. Perfect for any event! We welcome Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Anniversary Parties, Private Parties, Birthday Parties, Graduation Parties, All Life Events.

Lebby Street is a beautiful location for a wedding. The historic church building presents a simple elegance and an atmosphere rich with history. The 1883 wooden Church, is the last church standing of five built in it's time in the town of Pelzer, S.C. and has stood the test of time and weathered many events, making it the perfect symbol for a couple’s forever vows. The church building and grounds provide the perfect backdrop for picturesque wedding photographs and memories with family and friends.

Julia's Historic Southern Inn We are so excited to offer our new and beautiful southern charmer addition “Julia's Historic Southern Inn. Sleeps 8,...Which can be rented by the hour, by the night (2 night minimum) or by the day. This historic home was built in 1888 by Caption Smyth & Pelzer Mill. A charming historic home with 2670 square feet, 3 bedrooms upstairs with shared full bath. On the ground level offers the honeymoon suite with private bath with walk in shower. The home also has a large kitchen with coffee bar, large dining room, den with gas fire place, laundry room with washer and dryer and mud room off the back. The large side porch is perfect for those lazy days or an event. And the back patio is the perfect place for cookouts or events with gas grills, patio furniture and large sun umbrellas! The grounds are almost 2 ac with a large grassy area towards the back of the property, great for outside weddings, parties, or just outdoor games. This home sits next to Lebby Street Wedding Chapel and Events and is perfect for wedding parties from out of town, honeymoon get away, Outdoor weddings, and all types of events ie, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Family Reunions, Cooperate meetings, Christmas Parties, Afternoon Tea and much more. The homes lawn is open to special events of all types of social and community functions. Enough room for 5 tents if needed. Julia's Historic Southern Inn will be listed on Air BNB in the near future.
