What is it that makes country wedding so profoundly lovely? Maybe it evokes thoughts of quiet mornings, where a couple walks hand-in-hand across the dew-drenched grass to milk cattle in a barn they raised themselves. It could be fresh air, the sweet smell of hay or the calls of birds and insects that are drown out by the hustle and bustle of the city. Or it’s the quiet hope that the memories of yesterday’s happy unions will attach themselves to the sweet, soulful vows made today. Our historic dairy barn, with its hand-hewn timber beams, is large enough to seat 350 guests. Following your ceremony, drinks may be dispensed from the renovated granary located in the barn itself, and we have space available to serve food, which you may bring in or have catered from the vendor of your choice. If you prefer an outdoor setting, consider saying your vows on the lakeshore, in our secluded wooded ceremony area, or protected from the elements beneath one of our event tents. Festivities may then continue beneath the tent or inside the barn.
