Pay charges according to the package/s selected above. Pay $0.56 per mile, round trip travel expense if the location of services rendered is more than 5 miles from the artist’s location. The Deposit is non-refundable. Pay the balance due upon the artist’s arrival at the event. Payment can be done by cash or credit card only. Henna and Face paints are designed for human skin. *Manasi’s Art* Hennafy Me is not responsible for any damage that may occur if a hennaed /painted client rubs it off on any articles of clothing, table linens or any un-washable surfaces. In order to maintain hygiene, the Artist reserves the right to refuse to paint or henna any child or adult with open wounds and/or is ill. Make *Manasi’s Art* Hennafy Me aware of any allergies the Artist needs to be aware of while booking their appointment. Pay parking fees for the Artist’s vehicle, if any. For outdoor events, it is the client’s responsibility to have a back-up plan for bad weather & to keep the Artist in the loop about any event address changes. Any rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of *Manasi’s Art* Hennafy Me, based on previously scheduled events. If due to inclement weather or illness, the Artist has to cancel the event, the Booking fee will be refunded. However, every effort will be made to provide a substitute artist first.

The Deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due at the arrival of the artist at the event. For indoor set-up, please provide a table (2ft x 4ft min), a chair and sufficient lighting. Outdoor set-up is required to be under a covered area sheltered from elements. The Artist reserves the right to refuse to paint a child or adult with open wounds, skin rash or is sick.
