Terms and Conditions

Payments: cash, credit, or check. Overage: if the rental period should exceed that of the terms of the contracted package, the Client will be charged the difference of the next package rate and the current package rate. Should the Client exceed the time limit for the largest package (5 hours), the Client will be charged the difference between the 5 hour package rate and their current package rate, and additionally $150/hour for each hour over a 5 hour period. Deposit due at signing and is nonrefundable, balance due 7 days prior to event date. Cancellation: Must be given in writing at least 30 days prior to event. Events cancelled 90 days or greater than the event date will be refunded as 50% of total monies paid to date. Events cancelled less than 90 days in advance are non-refundable. Travel: travel is included in the package price for events in Bergen County, NJ. Events outside of Bergen County, NJ may incur an additional fee. These terms are not all encompassing and may change without notice. Clients will be required to sign a rental agreement at the time of deposit. 266 East Events guarantees to uphold the terms of the rental agreement signed by the Client.
