They are fabulous! We hold many theme nights and holiday events, and I am always impressed with the variety of foods Le can prepare! You name it, Mediterranean, Asian, Mexican, German, he can cook it! Le and Nancy have been so flexible with all of our requests, last minute changes and so much more. Their creativity and professionalism is exceptional. I can always count on them to deliver an awesome evening for our residents. I was overwhelmed with the beautiful food presentation for my June wedding provided by Le and his catering crew. The elegant display was exactly as I requested. I had plenty of other concerns to worry about, so knowing that Le was in charge gave me great peace of mind, a rarity for a demanding bride! I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the deliciousness of the food.
