The Kaiser Restaurant Group Catering and Events Service Team is the most professional and gracious group of people I have ever worked with. The last event I attended of theirs was the re-opening of their signature restaurant, The Kaiser Grille on Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs, CA. The catering was superb and the service was exceptional. Food and drink would appear and disappear per the diners' instructions without a sound. Owned and operated by the venerable Morcus family, the Kaiser Restaurant Group has been serving satisfied guests across the Coachella Valley for 19 years. The Group owns five fantastic restaurants. The signature steakhouse called The Chop House has two locations, Palm Springs and Palm Desert. The steaks are consistently the finest cuts of meat. The Hog's Breath Inn in La Quinta is the Southern California version of Clint Eastwood's Hog's Breath Inn in Carmel. Gring Brgr Bar is a casual dining restaurant overlooking Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs. Its outdoor fire pit and second story view provide a unique look at the Santa Rosa mountains in the background. The burger meat is ground to order and there is always one exotic meat, like elk or kangaroo, to try with a bun and fries. The Kaiser Grille has just been remodeled in a mid-century modern design, with a French brasserie-type menu. The service at Kaiser Grille is extraordinary. Last but not least is The Jackalope. The Jackalope is an event destination. Situated out in Indio, it is a gourmet BBQ restaurant with grand dining rooms, private eating rooms, patios, gardens, waterfalls and sculpture. It is a world in itself, along with the fine BBQ and service. Overall, the main reason The Kaiser Restaurant Group Catering and Events Service Team works is the graciousness of Lee and Eric Morcus. Both run their respective restaurants and businesses with consummate expertise, confidence and warmth. Truly, it is the best overall event vendor in the Coachella Valley.
