Sauvage Spectrum is an industrial flex space in the estate winery with a full wine bar, located amongst a private picturesque vineyard. Rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, holiday parties and all other gatherings are welcome.
3,000 sq ft interior space can be customized for your event, with another 3,000+ sq ft outside under a covered patio.
