We want to make planning your event a little bit simpler when it comes to locking down the venue so we are, for now, advertising with a flat introductory rate. We are Los Angeles' economical option when it comes to an event compound that is able to accommodate 100+ people with ease. It's almost as if the property were initially designed and conceived to facilitate events based on its size and dual-walled access which separates the property from the street and then separates the valet staging area from the event area. The venue comes with valet service and bathrooms. Tables, chairs, catering, etc. etc. all will be provided by the client to their taste and specification.
We’d like to discuss with you your event concept to establish/refine a venue price that makes sense for everyone. The number of guests, day of the week, and other pertinent site requirements will influence the rate, but we will work with a range of budgetary constraints to help make your day a memorable success!!
Pricing will include valet service and nice bathroom trailer.

A $2,000 non-refundable deposit will be required to lock a date.
We recommend paying the balance due at least 7 days prior to your event but will accept payment for balance due up to 72 hours before the day of your event. Access will be granted only upon receipt of full balance due.
Access will be granted in person at 8 am by the Venue Owner/Manager on the day of the event who will provide instructions/tutorials as needed to ensure the seamless use of all facets of the property by you and your vendors. One prior additional event planning meeting if needed will be provided with Venue Owner/Manager within 30 days of your event date.
We will also collect an additional refundable $1000 deposit for incidentals due when payment for full balance is made. Our goal is to fully refund the deposit at the end of your event and expect normal wear and tear, but trash left behind, damaged furniture, broken fixtures, etc. will be assessed at market rates to fix/correct and will be subtracted from the deposit. All vendors are required to remove trash from the property at their cost. The property should be delivered back to us at 11 pm on the day of the event free of trash and damages.
Items left on the property after your event will be kept in our lost and found for 30 days after which time the items will be donated.
