To hold the chapel it is a $ 300.00 that will come off the total of the chapel charges.
IF YOU BOOK THE CHAPEL AND VENUE YOU GET THE ENTIRE FACILITY FOR 8 HOURS.
When booking your wedding reception with Oakwood Wedding Chapel we require:
$500 Security Deposit- due at signing of contract (returned after reception within 30 days as long as no damage done to hall – damage to be determined by Oakwood Wedding Chapel Management)
Payment of 35% of total cost due six months prior to wedding day
Payment of balance of total cost due 30 days prior to wedding day
Fees are non- refundable for cancellations
Hall/Property Use: (6 hour usage time for hall)
Monday-Fridays and Sundays:
Room Charge Minimum of 60 guests = $ 800.00
Room Charge Under 60 guests = Call for Pricing
Saturdays:
Room Charge Minimum of 100 guests = $ 1,000.00
Room Charge Under 100 guests = Call for Pricing
6% Sales Tax and 20% Gratuity not included in pricing
At the end of the night the food that is left over you are welcome to take it home with you.

Deposits are required to hold a date. $ 300.00 towards the chapel and $ 500.00 security deposit to hold the reception area. This does not include any vendors. If outdoor vendors then they will require a deposit as well.
