Pricing breakdown for wedding , reception, catering Intimate Wedding Ceremony $ 475.00 Under 25 guests 1 ½ hours of usage time for the building on day of wedding ½ hour rehearsal time Pre-recorded music On site wedding coordinator for rehearsal and wedding Fully decorated chapel with silk flowers on the altar and bows on the pews Classic Wedding Ceremony $ 800.00 25 guests or more 2 hours of usage for the building on day of wedding ½ hour rehearsal time Pre-recorded music On site wedding coordinator for rehearsal and wedding Fully decorated chapel with silk flowers on the altar and bows on the pews Al la Carte Upgraded Options: $36.99-41.00 per person Pricing Includes: • 2 Entrees, 1 Vegetable, 1 Potato, and Salad, • Plate ware • Flat-ware • Glass-ware • White Table Linens • Choice of round or banquet style tables and white chairs • Ice Tea, Lemonade and Coffee To hold the chapel it is a $ 300.00 that will come off the total of the chapel charges. IF YOU BOOK THE CHAPEL AND VENUE YOU GET THE ENTIRE FACILITY FOR 8 HOURS. When booking your wedding reception with Oakwood Wedding Chapel we require: $500 Security Deposit- due at signing of contract (returned after reception within 30 days as long as no damage done to hall – damage to be determined by Oakwood Wedding Chapel Management) Payment of 35% of total cost due six months prior to wedding day Payment of balance of total cost due 30 days prior to wedding day Fees are non- refundable for cancellations Hall/Property Use: (6 hour usage time for hall) Monday-Fridays and Sundays: Room Charge Minimum of 60 guests = $ 800.00 Room Charge Under 60 guests = Call for Pricing Saturdays: Room Charge Minimum of 100 guests = $ 1,000.00 Room Charge Under 100 guests = Call for Pricing 6% Sales Tax and 20% Gratuity not included in pricing At the end of the night the food that is left over you are welcome to take it home with you.
