The Boardroom The Boardroom is the perfect place to host meetings and small parties of any kind. The room can fit up to 40 people and has a rental fee of $100. The room is equipped for your business meeting needs with two TV’s, a phone for conference calls, wifi and an easel. It is also an ideal space for small gatherings like birthday parties, bridal showers and baby showers. The Patriot is happy to let you order meals off of our menu or we can cater our food direct to the boardroom for your convenience. The boardroom has a fireplace and two doors with a view of our gorgeous patio and grounds. This room opens up to our saloon and can be rented together or separately.

The saloon is a spacious room with a bar, games and plenty of space for larger parties of up to 70 people. Tables can be moved in or out to create additional seating or standing room. This room has a rental fee of $300. We can accommodate your needs by providing bartenders, optional beer, wine and liquor packages. There is also enough room to set up a buffet if that suites your needs or we can cater directly to the room. In addition, you can order off the menu. This room also has direct access to our large patio. The Saloon also opens up to the boardroom and can be rented together to accommodate larger parties or to allow more space for your guests.
