KC Elevated Event Space is located inside the Holiday Inn & Suites Overland Park-West offers a convenient location for your next event off I-35 in Overland Park, Kansas. With over 13,000 square feet of stunning event space, we can host a large variety of events at our venue including wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate events, holiday parties, galas, proms, quinceañera's, and all of your private parties! The Sunset Ballroom at KC Elevated Event Space is located on the 8th floor of the Holiday Inn Overland Park - West and offers guests an elevated view of the local skyline and beautiful sunsets. All of our event space is flexible which means our event rooms can be set up to accommodate your guests in multiple ways.

PAYMENT: PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE FOR ALL EVENTS ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE: * A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF 15% OF THE TOTAL ESTIMATED EVENT TOTAL, $750 MINIMUM DEPOSIT PER EVENT OR COMPLETION OF THE CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION ON THIS CONTRACT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME CONTRACT IS SIGNED. UNSCURED SPACE WILL BE RETURNED TO INVENTORY FOR SALE WITHIN 72 HOURS IF THE SIGNED CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT IS NOT RETURNED. * 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL THE MINIMUM NON-REFUNDABLE PRE-PAYMENT EQUAL TO 75% OF ESTIMATED CHARGES. * 3 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL PREPAYMENT OF 100% OF CHARGES IS DUE * PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE EVENT. AFTER THIS DATE ONLY CREDIT CARD OR CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. USE OF DEPOSIT: ALL DEPOSIT AMOUNTS, OR A VALID CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION, WILL BE HELD AND APPLIED TO BANQUET CHARGES WHICH EXCEED PREPAYMENTS. IF THIS AMOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED AS PAYMENT IT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF DEPARTURE. CANCELLATION POLICY ANY ADVANCE DEPOSITS WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT THE GROUP EVENT IS CANCELLED. IN ADDITION A CANCELLATION FEE AS A PERCENT OF THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATED FOOD, BAR AND ROOM REVENUE WILL BE DUE OR RETAINED AS NON-REFUNDABLE BASED UPON THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE. • 120 DAYS BEFORE THE BOOKING DATE - 50% OF THE ESTIMATED BALANCE DUE. • 60 DAYS BEFORE THE BOOKING DATE - 75% OF THE ESTIMATED BALANCE DUE. • 30 DAYS BEFORE THE BOOKING DATE - 100% OF THE ESTIMATED BALANCE DUE. CHANGE OF DATE: WE UNDERSTAND THAT UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES MAY AFFECT THE DATE OF YOUR EVENT, UNFORTUNATELY WHEN THIS OCCURS WE ARE RARELY ABLE TO RESELL THE SPACE AS MOST EVENTS ARE PLANNED A YEAR OR MORE IN ADVANCE. IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR EVENT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE ORIGINAL NON-DISCOUNTED ROOM RENTAL FOR THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL EVENT PLUS A NON-REFUNDABLE 15% TRANSFER FEE FOR ANY EVENT RESCHEDULED 180 DAY OR LESS PRIOR TO THE ORIGINAL EVENT. IF ANOTHER BOOKING IS ACQUIRED FOR ALL OR PART OF THE SPACE A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AND AVAILABLE FOR YOUR NEW EVENT DATE.
