Terms and Conditions
1) MINIMUM SPENDING REQUIREMENT:
To host an event at Chicken N Pickle there is a minimum spending requirement associated with the event space(s).
Minimums will vary depending on the event space.
The minimum must be reached by purchasing food, beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and Pickleball court/ equipment rental. Tax and service fee are not included in the minimum.
2) FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICIES:
You agree that all food and beverage items purchased or consumed by your attendees at Chicken N Pickle must be supplied and prepared by Chicken N Pickle. No food or beverage may be brought in from an outside source.
It is the policy that no alcoholic beverages may be brought into Chicken N Pickle for a private function. We reserve the right to request proof of legal drinking age when necessary.
3) MENUS:
To ensure a successful event, we request that your menu selection and all function requirements be finalized 5 business days prior to the date of your function.
4) GUARANTEE:
The final guarantee of attendance for your event is due 5 business days before your event.
After the guarantee is received, it is not subject to reduction.
In the event that you do not provide a guarantee of attendance, Chicken N Pickle will (a) use the original estimate of attendance provided by you, or (b) the number of persons in attendance, whichever is greater, to determine the charges for which you will be fully responsible, including service charges and taxes.
5) BILLING:
We require a credit card to be on placed file to secure your event space. We can not guarantee your event is secured until a credit card has been added to your file. We are more than happy to take a card over the phone or via email by completing our credit card authorization form.
Events require full payment of charges at the completion of the event. The credit card on file will be charged for the total bill unless an alternate card is presented at the time of the event.
The failure and/or refusal by you to make payment as specified in the Agreement, shall result in the credit card on file to be charged for the full amount.
6) CANCELLATION POLICY:
If an event cancels less than 7 full days in advance, the guest is responsible for paying 50% of the minimum or estimated bill (whichever is greater).
If an event cancels less than 72 hours in advance, the guest is responsible for paying 100% of the minimum or estimated bill (whichever is greater).
The credit card on file will be charged upon cancellation.
7) WEATHER:
We cannot guarantee an alternate indoor plan for outdoor event space but will accommodate if available.
For further information please consult with your Event Coordinator upon booking, additional fees may apply.
8) DECORATIONS, SIGNAGE & RESTAURANT AMBIANCE:
Decorations, displays, or table centerpieces, brought into Chicken N Pickle by the guest must be approved prior to arrival. Confetti and Glitter are never allowed under any circumstances.
Any items needed to be hung or suspended please consult with your Event Coordinator for proper procedures.
9) OUTSIDE VENDORS:
All outside vendors including but not limited to; DJ’s, bands, entertainers, photographers, and videographer, MUST be approved by management prior to booking. Outside caterers and alcohol beverage suppliers are not permitted.
The client is responsible for all vendors hired by the client. Should a vendor be asked to leave the property for any reason at the request of Chicken N Pickle management, Chicken N Pickle will not be liable for any costs associated with the vendor.
All vendors are required to follow the policies set by this Agreement and follow any instructions from the Chicken N Pickle management.
10) LIABILITY:
Chicken N Pickle reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions.
The guest agrees to be responsible for any damage to Chicken N Pickle, including but not limited to A/V equipment, furniture, and decorations.
