Multiple possible vignettes for a photoshoots and film. Small kitchenette, washroom and large central table in studio space are available for use; making it a great place for dinner parties, small events and professional meetings. Lots of street parking is available around the building. Freight elevator and two smaller elevators available for use in the building. Space behind curtains, and garage door are off-limits. Damages (break, stain, damage, rip, etc...) will incur repair or replacement fees as deemed necessary by owner. Break-it you buy-it, fair is fair. As long as you respect the space and the items within, we will be all set!
