-Cost: 200$/hour for a minimum of 3 hours
-Space only available after 2pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday
-Located on second floor with no wheelchair access
-250$ refundable cleaning fee required
-Deposit: 50% deposit due upon booking
-Final payment: remaining balance is due 7 days prior to event
-Cancellation policy: cancellations made less than 7 days prior to event result in forfeiture of deposit
