Choose between the Winnebago Room or the Grand Ball Room for a casual or elegant dinner setting. Your wedding at The Waters offers you and your guests many unique amenities. Exclusive access includes both floors, a private Nantucket-inspired screened porch, and the second-floor balcony. A reservation ensures your wedding is the only event at The Waters on your selected date. Choose The Waters for weddings in any season!
The Waters accommodates a maximum of 300 guests. The Grand Ballroom comfortably seats 200 for a plated dinner with 25 tables and 8 guests per table. Guests at larger weddings are free to enjoy dinner and drinks in the first-floor ballroom, on the porch or the balcony.
Tables outside will be set in the summer season.
