Terms and Conditions
1) Booking and Reservation:
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
- Full payment is required before the event date.
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2) Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event receive a partial refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
3) Event time frame:
The rental period includes event time, and cleanup.
Overtime may incur additional charges and must be approved in advance.
Security Deposit: $300
A refundable security deposit is required to cover damages or extra cleaning.
The deposit will be refunded within 1 day after the event, pending inspection.
4) Capacity and Conduct:
The event space capacity must not be exceeded.
Conduct must adhere to local laws, and any disruptive behavior may result in eviction.
5) Decorations and Setup:
Decorations must be approved in advance.
No tape, nails, or adhesives on walls without prior consent.
Furniture rearrangement must be coordinated with venue staff.
6) Catering and Alcohol:
Catering services must comply with health and safety regulations.
A licensed bartender is required for alcohol service.
No outside alcohol is permitted without prior approval.
7) Cleanliness and Damage:
The client is responsible for leaving the space in its original condition.
Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage.
Insurance:
The client is encouraged to obtain event insurance.
The venue is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
8) Liability:
The client assumes liability for any injuries or damages incurred during the event.
The venue is not liable for interruptions in utilities or unforeseen circumstances.
9) Compliance:
All events must comply with local laws, regulations, and venue policies.
10) Miscellaneous:
Changes to the contract must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
The venue reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
