Lucia comes equipped with at least 75 different colour combinations and 75 brushes to create walking works of art. She uses only the best and safest face paints on the market. Even before the pandemic, she followed a routine of cleanliness and hygiene while face painting (for example once a sponge is used on one person it will not be used on another). “Lucia you are so amazing. The show is suitable for all ages. As what entertains a 3 year old is vastly different than what entertains a 9 year old, D Jay comes prepared to perform an entire show of music and puppets or an entire show of magic. Each show is put together to suit the age of your child and their guests and may include some or all of the below: • Interactive sing-along guitar music with "silly songs". • Age appropriate magic (for birthday parties, the birthday child is the star of the show). • Puppets & impersonations of famous TV characters that everyone, especially the children, will recognize. • Balloon sculptures (for birthday parties, the birthday child and siblings receive “super” balloon sculptures). • For older children, mentalism may be added. We charge you for one hour and give you an extra half hour FREE. Gold Package #2: Our other Gold package includes D Jay's Balloon Show + Lucia's Face Painting. Special discounts apply for events of 4 hours or more. Santa Claus: Having been a year round family entertainer for over 38 years as a magician, clown, mentalist, musician and balloon artist, my real beard Santa D Jay character is quite unique. He tells lots of "Dad" jokes and still finds them funny even though he's told them thousands of times. He is very interactive with the children and adults alike. He also does some things that look magical to the kids. I also bring along some props such as my Santa Key, My Naughty List book, Storybook (this helps break the ice for frightened children), My Magic Lightbulb, and more. If there is access to power, I can also bring along a small amplifier and wear a microphone. I find that this enhances the enjoyment of the children and adults alike.
