Food & Beverage Minimum The group agrees to spend at least XXXX on food and beverage combined. Please note the minimum does not include taxes and/or service fees.
Final bill is subject to a 7% banquet fee and a minimum suggested gratuity of 15%.
Deposit; The Deposit, $xxx, is non-refundable for any reason (except as provided in Section 16 in Terms & Conditions) and will be applied to the Event charges.
Payment; Restaurant does not accept personal checks for payment of amounts due under this Agreement. A gift card cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any contracted event. One guest check will be presented and final payment is due upon completion of the event.
Cancellation Fee; Three (3) business days or less prior to the Event, one hundred percent (100%) of the greater of (i) the amount invoiced by Restaurant as full-prepayment for the Event, or (ii) the sum of the Food and Beverage Minimum plus banquet fees and any applicable sales taxes. Seven (7) to four (4) business days prior to the Event, one hundred percent (100%) of the greater of (i) the amount invoiced by Restaurant as full-prepayment for the Event, or (ii) the sum of the Food and Beverage Minimum. For event dates eight (8) business days prior to the Event see Section 16 in Terms & Conditions.

Two additional charges will be added to your final bill. A suggested gratuity of 15-22% to be apportioned to the wait staff assigned to your function.
The second charge is a 7% administration fee to cover The Palm Restaurant's administrative expenses for hosting your function. The administration fee does not represent a tip, gratuity or service charge for the wait staff, service employees or bartenders.
