We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the cancellation of your event. In the event of a cancellation, we have the following policy in place:
- Cancellation before 24 hours after payment: The vendor list fee will be fully refunded.
- Cancellation after 24 hours of payment: The vendor list fee is nonrefundable.
Please note that any non-refundable deposits or costs incurred by us on your behalf, such as venue reservations or supplier bookings, will be customer's responsibility.
2. Method of Payment:
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards. You can securely provide your credit card details for payment processing.
- Wire Transfer: You can make payment via wire transfer. Please contact us for the necessary bank account details.
- Zelle: Payment can be made through Zelle using the provided account details.
3. Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Once the invoice is issued, we kindly request that you make the payment promptly to ensure a smooth planning process.
