Group Booking Cancellation Policy At Nona Adventure Park, we strive to accommodate our guests while ensuring that all events and bookings are properly planned and resourced. Our cancellation policy for group bookings is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness to our staff and other park guests. 1. Cancellation Notice All group bookings must be canceled in writing via email or phone call to the park's management. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event date to be eligible for a full refund. 2. Refund Policy Full Refund: If a group booking is canceled 14 days or more prior to the scheduled event date, a full refund will be issued. Partial Refund: If a group booking is canceled within 14 days but more than 48 hours prior to the event, a partial refund of 50% of the total booking amount may be issued, subject to approval by the General Manager. No Refund: If a group booking is canceled within 48 hours of the event, no refund will be issued. 3. Rescheduling Groups may reschedule their booking without penalty if the request is made at least 14 days prior to the event. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days will be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. 4. Exceptions Any exceptions to this policy, including requests for refunds outside the specified time frames, are at the discretion of the General Manager. 5. Inclement Weather In the event of inclement weather, please refer to our Inclement Weather Policy for refund or rescheduling options. The park reserves the right to close attractions or the entire park due to severe weather conditions. 6. Force Majeure In cases of extreme circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other situations beyond the control of Nona Adventure Park, group bookings may be rescheduled without penalty, or a full refund may be offered at the discretion of management.
