Upon agreement, a non-refundable "Save Our Date" Reservation Retainer Fee of $299 is required to secure your event date. This fee will count towards the total contract amount, with the remaining balance divided into two payments; one due a year before your event, and the final balance due 30 days prior to your event date. In the event of a cancellation, please note that the "Save Our Date" fee is non-refundable.
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including Visa, direct credit card billing, and invoice via Paypal. If you need to reschedule your wedding date, we can accommodate this change for a fee of $499, although our availability is not guaranteed. All rental items require a refundable deposit and are subject to a separate contract, with potential delivery fees applicable.
