Our Guarantee
Every order is important because we know how important it is to you. We earnestly endeavor to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product, and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are?handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure our work's quality, accuracy, and beauty. Many variables determine whether a flower will last if anticipated or whether a designer has created something you enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with one of our products qualities, contact us immediately, and we will promptly take the appropriate action.
We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs. ?However, we cannot always guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods.?To request a delivery time, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout.?Before major holidays, we strongly recommend placing your orders several days in advance.
Taxes are based on prevailing rates around our office.

Delivery to Hospitals
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please include the hospital name and telephone number, the recipient's name, and the recipient's room number or ward. We will send your flowers per facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to deliver to individual rooms personally. (Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.)
Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: We are committed to delivering your flowers timely and as new and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will try to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.
Plants: Similar plants may be substituted for green and blooming plants of equal or greater value.
Delivery Policy
If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. (A photo of the floral's final delivery/placement will be taken.)
If no one is home for Valentine's & Mother's Day deliveries, the delivery person will likely have to leave the floral arrangement/items in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return. (A photo of the floral's final delivery/placement will be taken. Details will also be noted. (For example, the sender will know if the floral was left at the door or the Reception desk, etc.)
Recipient May Be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home (or home within 15 minutes) to accept the delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products due to this special request. (A photo of the floral's final delivery/placement will be taken.)
Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before delivery. To cancel an order, please email info@lhiatelier.com and/or call or text 305-209-1767. We cannot cancel the order if your gift is on the way or delivered.
Replacements
