We used the room, La Coquina. Just perfect!
My Husband and I won't ever forget our most memorable and magical wedding day, during the warm and sunny month of May. Our wedding was delightful and held at the gorgeous, Mary Queen of The Universe Catholic Shrine in Orlando. After the wedding, more beautiful and luscious sights were to be seen and our guests were about to be delighted even one step further. Our reception was held at The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, a breathtaking resort in the heart of Orlando, near Walt Disney World attractions. To begin, our guests and ourselves were greeted with the most hospitable service from smiling employees welcoming us and congratulating us on our wedding. From the get-go, planning the wedding was simple and wasn't as stressful as what most weddings appear to be. The catering employee we worked with went over and above to ensure that everyone in the wedding party and all of our guests were accommodated and she even went the extra mile to ensure that our dinner menu for the wedding reception was customized, so that each and every guest at the wedding reception had a wide assortment of foods and an array of wines and beverages to choose from. We were in awe when we saw the final product of our wedding reception. A giant, sparkling glass chandelier was hung from the ceiling of a massive ballroom, which was elegantly decorated in swirls of deep purple and cream. The staff made us feel welcomed and so special as they served our dinner, which was served piping hot and was delicious. The steak was cooked immaculately and was extremely tender and juicy and the seafood was as fresh as ever. My Husband and I will never forget this magical day and the way that the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress took excellent care of us!
