This event space was perfect for our event. Crystal exhibited a very high level of professionalism and service excellence. She was that we could want and more, to facilitate us. The hotel is extremely blessed to have her. Prior to the event, she reached out to confirm the booking details and our needs a few times. She was flexible in accommodating our unique requests, she also showed the initiative to do even more than was required. The space was clean and perfectly organized for our event. We are looking forward to hosting more events here.

Having the suite for the night was a bonus. We were able to relax after all of our chaos and partying lol. My daughter, her friends, and all of the guest really had a great time.

Crystal helped me plan this event cross country. I was in CT and my event location was in Orlando, Florida. She was helpful and responded to all my questions. The staff the day of was courteous and helpful as well. A lot of other spaces really overprice their space and this location was spot on fair pricing, and had tables and chairs included!! Will book again! Thank you
