Due date is normally 2 weeks from issue date of contract
Final payment MUST BE RECIEVED by Cash, Money Order, Visa or Master Card (exceptions pending) and written out to:"Cirque Kalandra Productions LLC" and the balance is due on-site prior to start of show. Invoices for any travel expenses incurred are due upon receipt. If the remaining balance is not paid prior to the previously mentioned time, "Entertainer" reserves the right to not fulfill the remainder of the contract if payment has not been received.
All cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the agreed upon date and time above. Otherwise, the remaining balance for contracted services are still due and must be paid in full prior to the above time and date of engagement. All deposits reserved for engagement are nonrefundable.
If the engagement is delayed or ended before the above-specified time though no fault of "Entertainer", the Client shall be liable for full payment of services rendered. "Entertainer" is not responsible for any delays in regards to establishment (i.e.: venue opening late or any acts of God (weather, of illness). "Entertainer" is also not responsible for any lack of service if any portion of this contract or itinerary is not completed properly by Client. If any equipment or service is requested in an untimely manner (i.e.: day of the engagement), "Entertainer" shall charge full price for any service or equipment provided in addition to terms that were originally agreed upon along with the mentioned overtime rate will apply (exceptions pending) in addition to the originally agreed upon balance due.
If Client cancels this contract MORE than 14 days prior to date of scheduled performance, Client will be liable for 90% of the entire balance.
If Client cancels this contract LESS than 14 days prior to date of scheduled performance, Client will forfeit the entire retainer amount, but not be liable for the balance.
