Terms and Conditions

We accept payment in cash, credit cards, debit cards, or check...made out to "Mobile Chef (TM)". 50% Deposit required upon acceptance of contract. Final and complete payment due on day of the Event, BEFORE services are rendered. No Exceptions. Cancellation Policy: If event is cancelled by the Customer or Event Planner "greater than 7 days" out from the event, 50% of the Deposit received by Mobile Chef /Catering Revolution will be refunded. If event is cancelled by the customer or Event planner "within 7 days" preceeding the event, the deposit is rendered NON-refundable, and Mobile Chef/Catering Revolution is relinquished from all liability and responsibility to that contract. If Mobile Chef/Catering Revolution finds it necessary to cancel an event for any reason, FULL Refund of ALL Deposit monies received for that Event will be made to the customer or Event Planner as appropriate.
