From all-inclusive packages to in-between options as well as “Do-it-Yourself” programs and Elopement Weddings we offer a variety of ways to make your wedding the one of your dreams.

In addition to the above amenities you may also tour the museum floor, a great place for photographs. Sign your wedding certificate on the original judge’s bench from the Oregon Territory (circa 1850).

Terms and Conditions
A small deposit of $500 will secure your date on our calendar. Balances must be paid no later than 10 days prior to the date of the event.
Thank you for considering the Tumwater Ballroom for your Celebration of Life reception. This dedicates the day to your event in addition to on-site planning appointments ensuring that everything is done to meet your expectations.
Our rental package includes the use of all tables with white linens, chairs, a professional sound system, use of our centerpieces and room accessories as well as professional and concerned management to assist you in every detail.
Beautiful views of the historic Willamette Falls abound throughout the ballroom offering a spiritual ambience as you gaze out from the cathedral windows.
If desired, the museum floor can be open allowing your guests the opportunity to explore the history of Oregon.

A small deposit of $500 will secure your date on our calendar.
Here are the details and pricing for a Quincenerea:
Room Rental Fee = $4,500
Includes use of the room for the day beginning at 10:30 am and the party needs to end by 12:00 midnight. Also, if the ballroom is not rented the day before you may use that day to decorate at no charge!
Food Catering:
You are welcome to bring in food from an outside restaurant or catering company. We charge a $1,200 Service Fee which includes our service staff that will set the ballroom, assist with the service of food, clearing of tables and will remain after the event to clean the room.
Alcoholic Beverages:
You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages which our bar staff will serve. We charge a $1,500 Bar fee which includes the Bar Staff, Ice and the required liability insurance.
You supply the beverages and cups and we will serve the beverages.
Dressing Room:
We have a private dressing room for the Quicnenerea girls to use for dressing, costume changes and relaxation.
Decorations:
You are welcome to decorate and/or bring in your decorator for the Quincenerea.
Music:
Mariachis, Disc Jockeys and bands are all welcome at the Tumwater Ballroom. Music has to stop by 11:30 pm.
Parking:
We have two parking lots which can accommodate 100 cars. In addition there is parking available on the street. There is no charge for parking!
The Tumwater Ballroom offers a unique space for meetings, team-building and company events. We offer complete audio visual services including a ceiling mounted video projector, large movie screen, an incredible sound system and wi-fi. All included in your room rental fee.
