About The OAS Event Centre

The Orangeville Agricultural Society Event Centre is a purpose-built facility with over 60,000 square feet of exhibition space, located in a beautiful rural setting just 30 minutes north of Toronto’s Lester B. Pearson Airport. The Centre is the ideal setting for trade shows, corporate exhibitions, product launches, wedding, receptions, banquets, and more!

Through a covered link is access to the main barn (80’x200’) which has indoor wash racks, and with the addition of a 70’x240 Cover-All in 2009, more permanent stabling for horses is provided. This may also be adapted to any manner of small animals or standing stalls for horses. There are 38 stalls in each of the Cover-All and Barn with room for portable stalls to be added as needed.

Twenty-two acres of land surrounding the buildings are flood lit and security fenced, so events that carry on after sundown remain safe and worry free. The grounds can be used for horse shows, family reunions, concerts, car shows, rally checkpoints, hot-air balloon rides, picnics or any number of other outdoor activities.

Perfect for smaller, intimate gatherings, dinner parties, birthday parties, meetings, presentations and group classes, the Birch Room is a quiet, carpeted space. The Birch Room is 18’x32’, with folding tables, to suit a variety of configurations to accommodate small business meetings or, breakout groups from larger sessions. It will seat 24-30 at tables or, 50 in forum seating.

The OAS Event Centre also boasts a fully equipped and elegantly appointed Oak Room, licensed for banquet use by up to 280 guests. With over 4000 square feet of floor space and a fully equipped commercial kitchen, there is no better place for a wedding reception, corporate banquet, end-of-show meal or holiday party. The Oak Room can be used in conjunction with the facility’s boardroom to create the perfect setting for corporate functions, trade seminars and group meetings.
