Terms and Conditions
Before securing your event date, please review the following terms and conditions. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
1. Guest Count & Space Allocation
• Our venue rental pricing is based on the number of guests attending your event.
• Each event space has a minimum and maximum capacity requirement.
• Any increase in guest count must be communicated in advance and may result in additional fees or a required space upgrade.
2. Booking & Reservation Requirements
• A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date.
• Dates are not held without a deposit. Availability is first-come, first-served.
• The final balance must be paid by the due date specified in your contract.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable. Additional refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeline outlined in your agreement.

4. Event Timing & Overage Fees
• Rental includes one hour (1) for setup and one (1) hour for breakdown time. Any additional time required must be pre-approved and will incur extra fees.
• Events must end at the agreed-upon time to avoid overtime charges.
5. Approved Vendors & Catering
• Catering and beverage services must be provided by our in-house approved vendors unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Outside vendors must be pre-approved and may be required to provide insurance and necessary permits.
6. Liability & Damages
• The client is responsible for any damage caused to the venue by guests, vendors, or event activities.
• A security deposit may be required and refunded post-event, pending a venue inspection.
• The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. Alcohol & Security (Provided by our in-house approved vendor)
• Alcohol service must comply with all local laws and may require licensed bartenders and/or security personnel.
• Security is required for all events at the client’s expense.
8. Compliance & Conduct
• Clients and guests must adhere to all venue rules and local regulations, including noise restrictions and safety guidelines.
• Failure to comply may result in early event termination without a refund.
