Terms and Conditions
1. Renter agrees to pay the Security Deposit upon execution of this Agreement. $200 Secuity deposit due to hold the date. Refunded 1 week after the event if there is no additional cleaning or damage. The remaining balance of the Rental Fee is due at least ten (10) days prior to the Event Date. If this Agreement is signed within ten (10) days prior to the Event Date, the full Rental Fee is due upon execution of this Agreement. Renter may submit payment by cash or check made payable to Olive Crest United Methodist Church. A $30.00 fee will be assessed on any returned checks.
2. Renter may cancel this Agreement by providing written notice to Owner prior to the Event Date. In such case, Renter will forfeit the Deposit to Owner. If notice of cancellation is received by Owner at least ten (10) days prior to the Event Date, Owner will refund 100% of the prepaid
Rental Fee, except for the amount of the Deposit. If notice of cancellation is received by Owner less than ten (10) days prior to the event, Renter will forfeit 50% of the Rental Fee to Owner, and Owner will refund to Renter all additional prepaid Rental Fees. If Renter wishes to reschedule the event, Renter may contact the Event Manager regarding possibility of the same; provided, however, that Owner is not obligated to reschedule the event.
