EVENT AGREEMENT To reserve a space for your next event, we require a signed event agreement and 50% of the rental fee to confirm your booking. final balance is due in full 14 days prior to your event along with a certificate of insurance. AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT The space is equipped with a dedicated WIFI network and surround sound speaker system for your convenience. Additional audio visual equipment can be acquired through a rental company. FOOD & BEVERAGE No outside food and beverage is permitted. Our catering partners can advise on a variety of food, beverage and service options to complement your event. Alcohol is permitted when served by a licensed caterer or beverage service and must be contained to the event space. ZERO WASTE Our building strives for zero waste and provides a variety of recycling, composting and landfill receptacles. We are happy to provide information on how to make your event zero waste. RENTALS & DECOR The space is offered as-is to include all furniture and décor items shown in the space. We are happy to discuss options to maximize the space for your event. Any changes to the furniture floorplan may result in additional fees. Additional items such as supplemental tables and chairs, linens and service ware may be arranged through a rental service. All items must be removed at the conclusion of your event. PARKING Free parking is located along Mason Street as well as the 10th Street bridge. While there is plenty of free parking available, it is public parking and therefor it is not guaranteed for your event. We offer onsite, secure valet parking through our valet parking partner. We are happy to discuss options to make parking simple and secure for your guests. SECURITY On-site security may be required depending on the size and nature of your event.
