Terms and Conditions

We aim to provide a seamless planning experience, and our terms and conditions are designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding. 1. Service Agreement Upon acceptance of our proposal, a signed service agreement is required to secure our services for your event date. 2. Payment Structure Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package fee is required upon signing the agreement to confirm your booking. Payment Schedule: Remaining payments will be structured as follows: 50% due 60 days prior to the event Final balance due 14 days prior to the event 3. Design Packages Our design packages start at a minimum of $2,500. This fee covers initial consultations, event design, and management services. 4. Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation: If canceled more than 60 days prior to the event, all payments (minus the initial deposit) will be refunded. If canceled within 60 days of the event, no refunds will be provided. 5. Changes to Services Any changes to the event details must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional fees, depending on the nature of the changes. 6. Liability Riche Design & Events is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. Clients are encouraged to secure appropriate insurance for their event. 7. Acceptance of Terms By signing the service agreement, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
