The Meadowlark offers easy and straightforward pricing making it one of the most affordable wedding venues in Kansas City. There are no taxes added to the event space rental. There are no fees or charges for using an outside caterer, DJ, or planner, and we offer a free BYOB option.
We also offer all-inclusive options featuring access to all of our many amenities like the caterer's kitchen, and furnished bridal and groom's suites. Plus, you'll have your very own onsite concierge, who will be with you every step of the way as you plan, design, and host your wedding or reception to ensure everything goes smoothly, and just the way you want it.
