This mid modern century is the only venue in the National Register of Historical Places making it the perfect venue for large breakfast, lunch or dinner business/private meetings, seminars or conferences for groups of up to 300 people. The Penthouse includes a well appointed fully built out commercial kitchen and a large majestic bar.
