Great for parties or meetings. Alcohol/420 friendly. Large square room with customizable lighting, a high-quality 16' 4K projector and sound system. Chairs and tables are included. Medium size fridge and bar top. 2 bathrooms in the back. Event space is connected to a 3500 sq. ft. video/photo studio. There is a large white cyclorama in the back studio that is available for use upon request.

Absolutely FANTASTIC event space!! - An Eventective User

My husband and I hosted or vow renewal ceremony here and everything was absolutely perfect. The photo studio was unreal cool and the event space was set up so perfectly. The owner and the person helping were the most lovely people to work with and so accommodating and professional. I could not have asked for better people to work with or a space so unique and easily customizable to any need! I can’t recommend 3130 more highly if I tried. 11/10 for sure .
