Cancellation Policy - You must cancel transportation reservations 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to avoid full charges
Airport Transportation - Cancellation Policy: If reservation is canceled four (4) hours or less (from the time of the scheduled departure time of flight) on the date of service or if flight arrives and there is no contact within one (1) hour of flights arrival at the gate for domestic flights or 1 1/2 hours of flights arrival at gate for international flights, there is a full charge for the service. This will be charged to the credit card given for the reservation.
White Sands Transportation LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee for smoking is 300.00 per hour for the first hour of cleaning and $150.00 per hour for each additional hour of cleaning past the first. If the interior of the vehicle is damaged beyond being able to book clients. reimbursement fees for the car being off the road will be applied. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. There is no smoking permitted in any of our vehicles. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Overtime pay will apply after the first 30 minutes of prearranged time described on the reservation sheet. White Sands Transportation LLC is not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the transfer date before the beginning of the transfer. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
