Pricing for our on-campus rentals starts at $175. There are many spaces to choose from for rentals on campus. These include smart classrooms, lecture halls, computer labs, cafeteria, and more. All bookings include access to business-grade WIFI and desktop podium access. Non-profit discount and Sheridan Alumni discount also available.
Our pricing is usually in 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour rental time blocks.
Sheridan's internal Caterer must be used for college rentals.
These spaces are best used for classes, corporate trainings, meetings, and seminars.

Pricing for our conference centre event halls starts at $350. There are 3 event Halls in the conference centre that can be rented separately or together. All bookings include access to business-grade WIFI and a dedicated parking lot in the booking. Non-profit discount and Sheridan Alumni discount also available.

Additional costs to the rental include cleaning, AV Packages, labour outside of regular operating hours, bar service (beer or wine), outdoor patio and catering. Catering buyout option is available.
The space is best used for corporate trainings, meetings, seminars, and social celebrations.

Our campus is open to commercial and film projects. Location fees start from $2000 a day.
