HaPPi Hands – Party & Play Rental Terms Balance: ? Party balance of $495, additional kids ($15 per child after the 12th child) and $59.50 service fee will be due at the beginning of your event. ? We accept cash, all major credit cards including Apple Pay Rental Time: ? 3 hour rental is inclusive and includes: ? Time to set up for decorations/food, etc (beginning of rental time) ¦ Note: assistance is only available upon request, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate setting up your decorations for you ? Play time & HBD/cake cutting, and time for your guest to eat ? Time to clean up (starting 30 minutes before the end of rental time) ? Early set up is NOT provided-it is best to invite your guest 30 minutes after the start of your rental time to allow time for setting up any decorations ¦ Note: if you are running late your rental is from 10-1p or 2-5p no extensions is given, no exceptions! ? Be sure to have enough time for eating, singing HBD and clean up as all guests, leftover food, gifts MUST exit the facility promptly at the end of your party time - the cost for anyone/items still left in the facility past the rental time (1:01p or 6:01p) will incur a cost of $75 that will be due before your departure. ? Reminders (12:30p or 4:30p, depending upon your rental time) will be given if you are approaching the end of your rental time especially if HBD/cake cutting has NOT been done ? The last 30 minutes of your party time is intended for clean up one of our staff will come in the room and pack up ALL items including: ? Cake/cupcakes, decorations and any leftover food items. ? Gifts and favor bags will be brought up to the front (ONLY pass out favors upon departure) - all gifts should be opened at home ONLY If you decide to pack up your own items please let our team member know, otherwise someone will come in to start promptly at the last 30 mins to do so. Party Room: ? Our party room is small and can accommodate up to 12 seated guests (adults or kids) at one time. The play area includes 3 additional small round tables and 9 chairs - additional bench seating around toddler area ? Please keep in mind that our facility is NOT large and cannot accommodate large parties! ? If you’ve NOT visited HaPPi Hands before it is SUGGESTED that you stop in for a visit to check out the room so that you are aware of the space and how to properly plan for decorations ? If you stop in come during open play - check out the website to confirm play hours - www.happi-hands-llc.square.site ? Please be sure to confirm a date and time if you do plan to come in so that management can answer any questions upon arrival, if needed ? Extravagant decorations is NOT recommended for our small party room - It is suggested to keep decorations simple and to a minimum to maximize your set up/clean up time as well as the space in the room ? There are 4 tables total: 1 cake/dessert table, 2 tables for eating, and the 1 food table is located outside the party room - all tables are square and standard size (party city/dollar tree table covers works best) Decorations: ? We do not allow tacks or any type of tape that will peel the paint off walls- be sure to bring in tape, the ONLY tape that can be used is double sided “scotch wall tape”. ? Please do not bring Pinatas, confetti OR balloons with confetti in them, they are NOT allowed in the facility ? We have some hooks on the walls to make it easy to hang decorations ? A tid bit: do as much prep work at home to eliminate spending most of your 3 hours doing setup! Food: ? You are allowed to bring in outside food at no additional cost ? Chafing dishes is PROHIBITED ? Extra tables and chairs will not be provided and should NOT be brought in (space is limited) ? A microwave is NOT available ? Bring in all utensils: cups, plates, napkins, water/drinks, serving utensils etc ? Dishes that requiring plugging in (example: cheese for a nacho bar) is PROHIBITED ? You may use the refrigerator to store ice or a ice cream cake
